Santiago Finance Workshop 2018

The Santiago Finance Workshop will bring together academics, regulators and practitioners from all over the world in order to discuss new empirical and theoretical research that deals with finance, to highlight some of the associated challenges for regulators, but also to assess how regulatory changes may induce in turn some financial innovations in the market.

We are glad to announce that our keynote speakers will be:

-Prof. Toni M. Whited (University of Michigan – Ross School of Business), co-editor of the Journal of Financial Economics.

–Prof. Stefan Nagel (University of Chicago – Booth School of Business), executive editor of the Journal of Finance.

The meeting is organized by the Millennium Institute for Research in Market Imperfections and Public Policy, the Center of Applied Economics, the Center of Finance and the Business School at University of Chile.
