Researchers from the University of Chile, in conjunction with SERNAC and Banco Estado, will attempt a regulatory change to improve consumers’ understanding of credit, thus facilitating convenient choices.
An initial survey will collect the study’s first relevant information on financial knowledge and beliefs.
In this first survey, those Banco Estado clients who respond will be participating in a raffle for a 128 GB iPhone 12 Max Pro.
