The researcher will participate in the Thursday, March 21st session, titled “Antitrust – the new frontier of merger control? How to advise M & A clients facing antitrust enforcers’ renewed interest for theories of harm to innovation”, together with the newly appointed Economic Prosecutor, Ricardo Riesco.
