MIPP researcher to participate in the largest legal profession meeting in Latin America.

Carlos Noton, researcher of the MIPP Millennium Institute, and academic of Industrial Engineering, will participate in the largest legal profession meeting in Latin America, called: “Mergers and Acquisitions in Latin America: challenges and best practices in the era of compliance “

The researcher will participate in the Thursday, March 21^st session, titled “Antitrust – the new frontier of merger control? How to advise M & A clients facing antitrust enforcers’ renewed interest for theories of harm to innovation”, together with the newly appointed Economic Prosecutor, Ricardo Riesco.
