The MIPP Millennium Institute is the host of two mini-courses by international scholars

During the month of March, graduate students and economists attended two mini-courses organized by the MIPP Millennium Institute and taught by leading academics from foreign universities.

The first mini-course, titled “Non-Parametric Random Coefficient Models or Mixed Logits”, was presented by Jeremy Fox, Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Rice University.

The second mini-course was titled “Misallocation: Theory and Measurement” and it was taught by Baris Kaymak, Associate Professor at the University of Montreal, Canada.

These mini-courses were organized as part of the fulfillment of the mandate of the MIPP Millennium Institute, which is the continuous advancement of professionals and students of economics.
