Aiming to be a bridge between research and public role, Millennium Institute for Market Imperfections and Public Policy (MIPP) created the “Gazette” magazine, a magazine that seeks to revise different social issues from a research perspective.
Theoretical analyses, interviews, and columns about collusion, pension system, bitcoin, and Latin America–United States relations, among others, are the topics that can be found on the first issue of Gazette, a magazine created by the Millennium Institute MIPP to provide an academic perspective on the different current subjects.
“Our view of the research we provide is that of a bond between academic research and public interest. We believe that well-informed citizens are essential for the proper function of democracy and through Gazzete our purpose is to clarify, inform, and debate crucial matters for Chile”, Henrieta Isufflari, editor, notes.
